Patient Of the Week! (POW)

At the Kosterman Chiropractic Center we take great pride in recognizing our patients who have shown progress with the chiropractic treatment that they have received in our office.

By doing so, we honor one patient weekly who has shown outstanding characteristics of a 
Kosterman Chiropractic Center Patient Of the Week (KCC POW).

The characteristics of a KCC POW are as follows:

1. Appointments kept- The patient has followed through with his/her treatment plan (i.e. keeping appointments, arriving on time).
2. Responsiveness- The patient has responded well to chiropractic treatment and has shown progress.
3. Excitement- The patient is pumped, enthusiastic, and excited about the great results they are getting from chiropractic care.
4. Referral of others-The patient has told others about their great results from chiropractic care and referred them to our office.

Once a week a patient that has shown these four characteristics will be recognized by Dr. Tim. We will present them with a beautiful plant or flower and a  memorable picture of themselves with Dr. Tim in a magnetic frame. We will also display thier picture in the lobby and on our website!

Now that you are aware and excited about becoming a KCC POW, we look forward to honoring you!
